Deepen your meditation practice.

Inspire others to meditate.

Transform lives.

We live in crazy times. Anxiety, stress, and depression are on the rise. Society is sick.

People need meditation more than ever before—and everyone is realizing that. There is a growing demand for meditation all around us, and no signs of it slowing down.

The demand for meditation instruction is increasing not only among the general public, but also for those involved in education, business, nonprofit organizations, communications, health, prisons, mental health, and addiction counseling.

At the same time, there are not enough good teachers able to step up to the job. Why? Because most experienced meditators have not yet gone deep enough in their own practice, or they don’t have the teachings skills needed.

How is this good news for you?

Well, what if there was a simple way for you to go deeper in meditation, and get the skills and confidence you need to teach other people?

That would allow you to make a real difference in society, transform lives, and live more meaningfully.

You would inspire others to meditate and make positive changes in their lives.

You would wake up every day knowing that you matter, and that your work—whether you do it as a passion project or as your main career—is aligned with who you are.

I’m here to say that that is possible for you! (Read to the end to learn more.)

Teaching as a Path to Mastery

One of the best ways to really learn something is to teach it (or at least to learn how to teach it). There is a magic that happens when your engagement in a topic goes beyond your self-interest, to include others—you learn it much more deeply.

You become it. By seeking to give, you receive even more.

“If you want to learn something, read about it.

If you want to understand something, write about it.

If you want to master something, teach it.”

—Yogi Bhajan

My own understanding and practice of meditation went much deeper since I started teaching it publicly—and so will yours.

You might now be asking yourself how to become a meditation teacher. Read on.

This Life Is Possible for You

Imagine that not only are you deepening your own meditation practice, and teaching others, but also earning a comfortable living while doing so!

A life where:

  • You know how to teach meditation effectively, in a practical and engaging way
  • You are confident running classes, speaking, coaching, and creating courses
  • Your meditation enhances your work, and your work supports your meditation
  • You receive heart-warming testimonials, weekly, from people you have touched
  • You are able to blend meditation with your work, or make it your career

Becoming a meditation teacher is such a gift. In a short time, you can see people’s faces change, their minds relax, their bodies heal and their hearts open up.

And you will be paid for doing that!

If this possibility speaks to your heart, then you’ve come to the right place. I’ve been through this journey from beginning to end, and I’m here to make it easier for you.

Challenges on the Path

You may now be thinking, “This all sounds great… but how do I get there?”

Meditation has positively impacted your life. You want to share this gift with others—and perhaps even earn your living doing so—but the path forward is not clear.

Maybe you are an experienced meditator, but being able to teach it effectively and confidently is another skillset altogether. You don’t have a step-by-step methodology, and are not sure if the way you would teach is optimal for the people you serve.

You may be asking yourself:

  • How do I prepare a class?
  • How do I communicate with students and clients in an engaging way?
  • How do I decide which meditation style to teach each group?
  • How do I answer challenging questions with confidence and wisdom?
  • How do I create meditation scripts and record quality meditations?
  • How do I guide different people on a personalized meditation journey?

And many other questions…

Well, the answer is simple: you need training. You need to dedicate some of your time, energy and money into learning the art of teaching meditation—being guided step by step by someone who has done it successfully.

So then you look into meditation teacher training courses, mindfulness certifications, and facilitator workshops. You soon realize (like I did) that most of them are either too superficial, too narrow, or too difficult.

Too superficial. Most of the programs out there stay on the surface. How do you know which ones are really worth your time and money? Seek for programs created by teachers with a proven track record—by people who do this for a living, demonstrate that they understand meditation deeply, and know how to teach it.

Too narrow. There are over 100 different styles of meditation, each with their own unique methods and benefits. Yet most teachers and programs teach only a handful of styles, often from the same tradition. This can be very limiting for you as a teacher, considering that each person will need a different technique.

Too difficult. Some training programs require a two-year commitment (often with a couple of 10-day to month-long retreats in the mix), and may even require you to travel. Maybe that is not possible for you right now.

No wonder you may be feeling stuck, not knowing how to proceed.

As a result, there are thousands of people out there who need your help but are not getting it. You are unable to impact their lives as deeply as you could, and there is a sense of untapped potential.

Your meditation practice could be much deeper and your work could feel much more fulfilling and aligned, if only you could bridge this gap…

And that is what LiveAndDare’s Meditation Certification Program is designed to do!

My Epiphany

When I started LiveAndDare, back in 2014, I already had nearly 15 years of regular meditation practice under my belt.

I had already meditated for thousands of hours, and read over 200 books on the topic. And I had already delivered talks, run workshops, and organized retreats.

Yet I had self-doubt.

I didn’t know if I was ready to become a meditation teacher. There were several meditation masters out there who seemed endlessly more qualified than I was—and even they were not formally teaching.

Until I realized that I was wrong.

I was trying to become someone else—but I didn’t need to.

I realized that I didn’t need to become a monk in order to teach meditation skilfully. I didn’t need to get a Ph.D in neuroscience, be an academic, or a best-selling author. These were not the requirements.

The same is true for you.

If your goal is to teach meditation effectively—for people who seek it to improve their well-being, enhance performance, or grow as a human being—you also don’t need to spend a month in a retreat or years training in Asia.

All that is needed is:

  • Right Attitude. You are willing to learn, and have the heart to share and serve.
  • Sincere Practice. You have meditated consistently, with interest and dedication, for at least two years.
  • Teaching System. You have a step-by-step methodology for teaching meditation, with templates, scripts, and the support of an experienced teacher.

When I realized this in my own journey, I took the most important step in becoming the meditation teacher I am today, and began impacting the lives of hundreds of thousands.  That was the beginning of LiveAndDare. And I couldn’t be happier with this life choice!

The world needs many more meditation teachers. Will you be one of them?

If so, join the waiting list for my upcoming Meditation Certification Program.

Upcoming Training Program

This year I am launching an online Meditation Certification Program that will teach you a simple step-by-step system that will allow you to exponentially grow your own practice, and develop all the knowledge and skills needed to teach meditation to anyone.

Upon successful completion of the program you will become an accredited meditation facilitator, and will be able to teach meditation effectively in a variety of settings.

After over 10,000 hours of practice, study and teaching experience, I’ve put all my learnings together into this simple system for teaching meditation. It involves developing five skills or areas of competency.

Here is a brief overview of the five modules:

Understanding Meditation. What meditation is and is not;  misconceptions; history and purpose of different techniques; the benefits of meditation; the physiology, psychology and neuroscience of meditation; effective management of thoughts and emotions; bridging the gap between the modern and the ancient.

Pillar 1: Habit. Habit-building science; the ideal time, place, session length, postures, tools for each person; supporting students to build a consistent daily practice; dealing with obstacles that may come in the way; developing self-discipline with flexibility and self-compassion; being an accountability coach.

Pillar 2: Technique. Experiencing the many different styles of meditation, with their different benefits and contraindications; how to navigate the different techniques; helping students find their ideal form of meditation; learning which practices are more recommended for specific problems and goals.

Pillar 3: Transformation. Taking meditation beyond the cushion and helping students create the life changes they are seeking; applying universal concepts from Buddhist and Yoga psychology; meditation as therapy; altered states of consciousness; transforming subconscious beliefs and emotional addictions.

Teaching Meditation.Communication skills as a teacher; explaining meditation to potential clients and organizations; managing difficult students; different teaching methodologies for running classes and workshops, giving talks, one-on-one work, online courses and retreats; ethical responsibilities; effectively and ethically marketing a meditation business; creating quality meditaiton scripts.

Unlike a mindfulness certification program—which focuses only on one particular technique and its variations—this online teacher training is broad and non-sectarian by nature. You will learn how to practice and teach multiple styles of meditation.
